Taught Total Body class. My leg is bugging me a bit again. I'm going to try and run at the gym but if it is bugging me, I think I'll do bike or elliptical or stair climber. Later AM-Rode the upright bike at a moderate pace for 60 minutes (18 miles=6 miles running). Tried to run on treadmill but my leg is hurting again. I think I am going to play it smart and bag Ogden and cross train for the next 2-4 weeks and see what happens. |
