Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

What a fun run! Julie came to my house and we headed down to Provo. It started at 6:30 and the temps were perfect. We started at the trail heading up Provo Canyon. We had just under 6 miles of consistent uphill then turned around and headed back down. I lost my signal a couple of times on my garmin so I'm not going to put my mile splits on here. Kelli and sis-in-law turned at the wrong spot and Rachel and me followed so we were about .1 short at the end but no biggie.  AP was 8:10. I felt surprisingly good for how crappy I felt this week. Thanks Michelle, Josse, Marion and anyone else that helped. SOOO much fun!

Nice meeting you today. It was a fun run and get together. What was it with the losing signal? I experienced it too and have never had that happen in that section before.

There were around 30- 40 I think. There were 4 guys but Tyler S. was the most awesome with his hot pink singlet and light pink bandana. It was lots of fun.

I had a blast Kelli! Thanks for asking me. I can blame the wrong way on you but I would have gone the same way so I'll just blame it on you:) Great job yourself!

Just wanted to be done...the shorter the better! I figured I made up for the lack of a tenth of a mile when I stood on the corner waiting for someone to ask which way to go!
