Went to the gym and did 60 minute step endurance class, followed by 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill at 8:34 pace, and lower body weights and abs. I was pretty sore and tired from yesterdays workout. Way to go Peggy!

Good job today Michelle. How did you get your miles tracking thing changed? I need to do that.

From Michelle N. on Wed, Feb 04, 2009 at 16:37:32

I didn't change it. It's always been this way but I want to put the cross training miles thingy up there but I think I'll have to contact Sasha to do that.

I start teaching Feb. 16 and he wants me to do M W F at 5:45 so I think I'll do TC on Mon., Step Wed., and TC Fri. I'm pretty scared but I think it'll be fun. Great job on your run today!

That is so exciting. You have the perfect personality to be a teacher. I know you will do great.

Michelle - I would love to come to your 1st class 2/16, but I'll be out of town, I'm staying in NC with my sister for the Myrtle Beach 1/2 02/12-2/16. I'll have to try to hit Wednesday's class. A step endurance class? I'd love to try that! Maybe 2/18?!? See you tomorrow.

Rachel, come when you can! I need the moral support for the first few classes. It's scary when you don't know anyone. At least I know all the ladies I teach at my church. See ya in the morning.
