Went to the gym and ran on the treadmill. Did 1/2 mile warm up from 4.5-7.0 mph and then ran 6.75 miles at 7.0 (8:34 pace) did 1/4 mile at 9.0 (6:39 pace) and did 1/4 cooldown. I felt awesome today and I'm hoping this continues. Also did back and biceps. Not enough time for abs today. |
