Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Michelle, are you running with Cheris tomorrow or down in Lehi with us late risers? Can't wait for the new classes. I've already heard a good buzz about them around the gym!
I'm not sure about tomorrow quite yet. I have a ton to do tomorrow so I may opt for the earlier run. I'd really like to do that run though so maybe another week if I can't tomorrow.
I'm glad to hear that about the classes. I talked with my friend that instucts at Lifetime and I think I'm feeling a little better. I think it'll be good.
I love the Lehi run, but I know what you mean about time. I'll be pushing it, but that helps the pace, right? Luckily, my 'major' plans for the day aren't until noon so I can sleep in, even if just for an extra hour.
