Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Was going to go with the BBK's but with my hamstring issue, I didn't want to have any problems with falling on the icy roads so I went to the gym and did the treadmill. I did 3 miles and then did shoulders and got part way through triceps when the childcenter called me down. My little man had a little accident so... I took him back up to the group fitness room because I was meeting my friend Ashli to go over cues for group fitness. I worked with her for about 20 minutes and then came home and practiced for about an hour. Quite a bit of cardio today but I'm not counting anything but the running miles.

Nice workouts today. Those little "accidents" are NOT going to be missed by me one little bit. I told my 3 year old that I'll buy him a car if he'll just go on the pot! Not a hot wheel- an actual CAR!! I am that desperate!

Good job!!! So, what time is the class Monday??

From Michelle N. on Thu, Feb 12, 2009 at 19:05:37

Marion, you are funny! He's been potty trained for a while but he still sits while he pees and he sprayed out the front all over the pants. OOPS! He was so embarrassed:(

Kelli-The class Monday is at 5:45. It is a weight/cardio combo so might I suggest eating before. I did this class once without eating and nearly passed out and puked.

But what if I puke because I ate??? I will eat a banana, that is about all I can tolerate that early in the morning!

It is going to be PACKED!!!!! Promise not to hurt my legs too much, I am sure we have some kind of hill torture on Tuesday!

What is all this bathroom talk???

Michelle - do a fastrunningblog.com search for poop. I'm not the only one that thinks it's funny to talk about poop.
