I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Taught 1/2 step/ 1/2 total body class this morning. It was good. I'll count 3 miles for the step part of things.

I was SOOO beat yesterday after my run that I got my kids off to school and fell asleep for 2 hours! It was great. I feel much better today.

Ah, the wonders of naps...I just wish that they didn't frown on them at work! ;-)

I actually used to work for my dad about 12 years ago and he had a cot in his office that I would lay down on somedays for 30 minutes or so. If only ALL bosses realized what a power nap can do:)

I am so jealous of your nap! I live for naps but I only get them on Sunday's. I missed mine last week because of ward conferences so I am long overdue!

Nap? What the heck is a nap? Your kids must be much better behaved then mine (or fear you more than mine fear me!)

Thanks for the class this morning, it was great!

Oh, and you looked cute in those old clothes you found in the back of your closet!

Kelli, I only have the one little dude home and he just layed next to me and watched TV for a little bit but then he conked out too. It was nice. I usually try to lay down for a little bit in the afternoon while he is asleep but I couldn't wait yesterday. I was hammered.

Ha, ha! Now, we just don't let the hubby find out how "old" they are:)

I just woke up from my nap at work to check in on the blog. Looks like things are under control.
