Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.

Half Marathon PR 1:35.

10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Taught step class this morning. It kind of sucked because I didn't practice the new routine I started today enough and I felt like I was stumbling on all of my calls. I'll still count 4 easy miles for it.

Got home and decided to head out and run instead of going to the gym later. I got the middle schooler off and ran for 4 miles AP 8:37. It is nice to be done so early again.

I love getting my workout in early. It feels like you still have so much left of the day. Great job! (Hey did you hear Mandy from our WBR team had her baby last week) I am so sad I wont being able to run with you all this year!

Oh, thats right, Janae did tell me it was any day. You'll be loving having a sweet new baby and won't even care about the WBR. Enjoy that time. It's gone before you know it. BTW, my husband and I are probably going to run Hood to Coast with Kevin and Janae. That should be fun. You are still running so great. VERY IMPRESSIVE!
