Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Early AM-Taught total body class. I am a little beat today. I think partly because of my run Saturday but also because of the weather. Can't it just get nice and stay that way? I'm not sure if I'm going to go to the gym and do anything else. My right IT is sore.

Take it easy and stretch your hip. See you in the morning!

Was it freezing during your class? There was no heat again today, which is fine for the class but not for the little kids in the daycare.

Take it easy so you can WIN Saturday.

It was cold but was fine after about 10 minutes. I am starting to really wonder about Aaron. That is 2 times that the gas has been turned off in 6 weeks AND I haven't got a paycheck yet. If he doesn't call me by tomorrow (I've left him 5 messages) I don't think I'm going to show up on Wednesday.

Interesting....the heat only goes off in the area that has the classes and the daycare, it works in the rest of the gym. He was there working out today and they went to get him and he came in, made some smart alec comments, then said he had no clue what was wrong and left. He seems to be a flake. I guess that is a major drawback to a small gym. I just make sure to bring blankets for my kids!!!

It sounds like someone needs to send him a message, I have heard the paycheck thing from a few other people. They gym has the members to sustain it, so I dunno what the deal is. PLUS, he got enough money to run the gym for two years when he opened, even with NO members. Unless rent went up or something, I DUNNO!!!!

Hmmm, I'm not sure what the prob is but...we'll see I guess. I'll try him again tomorrow.
