Taught Step/Weight class. Did 1 riser during step in hopes of keeping the legs fresh for tomorrow so that is why only 3 for the 40 minutes. 20 minutes of more isometric weights. I didn't participate in the lower body part of things. My SI and IT are bugging a little so more rolling today and praying that it gets better. I only have 1 more week of hard training before my taper for Boston. 1 week!!! I cannot be injured this close! |
