Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

My bro picked me up to run this morning. We headed down to the JRP Trail and about 1/2 mile in we saw Julie so she turned around and ran the rest of the way with us. The pace was a little faster than I wanted it to be but it still felt easy. AP was 8:59.

I think it's great that you have a brother that you can jog with.

What part of the JRP do you all run on?

Sorry it took me forever to answer Teena. We start in Bluffdale near 14400 So. and run to 12600 So. and back. It's nice but I like to start at Gardner Village and head north for longer runs.
