Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Taught sculpting class this morning. Hopefully I'll be able to start a little running next week. We will see though because I keep having some pain after some workouts.

Oh this injury thing is the worst! It's just hard to be patient. You're smart to not do Ogden. I signed up for the Grand Slam so I kinda have to do it! Luckily my leg is feeling a lot better though, I have done NO running though . . . It's driving me crazy, but hopefully I'll be able to make it through the marathon! Good luck with yours. The classes you teach sound like so much fun, I love going to group classes!!! Good luck w/ the leg!
