Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Taught Sculpt class again this morning. I am actually pretty tired from last nights class so teaching the same thing again was tough. No mileage because it wasn't a cardio workout.

I am feeling decent. I am really going to just take off another 3 weeks or so from running though and see if the leg will heal and get a fresh start. I think it is feeling fine but then I do something that makes it hurt so I just want to play it safe. I can't wait to get back at it.

I don't know how you teachers do it! I can barely survive one class...let alone teaching 2 in a row AND an early class. Hope your leg is doing better!
